We are currently recruiting for Certified Nursing Assistants to join our DuBose Health Center team. The Nurses Assistant assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Provide nursing functions as directed by the Charge Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Director of Nursing. All shifts available.

We are currently seeking Full Time  Charge Nurses.

Shift: 7pm-7am

Our Charge Nurse needs to be a Registered Nurse  in good standing and currently licensed by the State of NC who are responsible for the overall nursing care/service on their shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentations and emergency calls, as indicated.

We are currently seeking part time, full time, and as needed Back Waits to join our Fine Dining team.

The Clubhouse Back Wait Staff is responsible for serving meals to Members in the casual, formal, bar, bistro and private dining rooms. Deliver meal to member’s homes. Assist in cleaning and resetting tables, pouring water and serving bread, provide support in the kitchen (stocking, running food, etc…), and breaking down trays at dish station. Previous experience in restaurant or retirement community food service preferred.

The Clubhouse Wait Staff is responsible for serving meals to Members in the casual, formal, bar, and private dining rooms. Provides food and beverage items as required. Stocks items in kitchen, dining rooms, wait stations, kitchen wait station, and break room as necessary. Demonstrates the skills and techniques of fine dining service. Maintenance Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a full time Maintenance Specialist. The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Successful candidates will be expected to work under supervisor direction, conduct preventative maintenance repairs, complete routine servicing and seasonal repairs, as well as changing building equipment, and work on plumbing repairs.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a minimum of one year of maintenance experience. High school education or GED is also required. Electrical work experience preferred.

The Staffing Assistant and Supply Clerk is responsible for staff scheduling, medical supplies, and bed measurements for the DuBose Health Center. This position finds staff replacements if there is a need in the schedule and tracks inventory and ensures supplies are readily available and meeting regulations. This position is 24 hours per week.



  1. High School Graduate or GED required.  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.  At least 1 year of staffing experience in healthcare environment preferred.  Prior experience with the senior population a plus. CNA license preferred.
  2. The ability to work well under stress, to be able to adapt to change, and to be flexible are essential.  Must have excellent telephone skills and organizational ability.
  3. Requires a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous demands.

As a Plumbing/Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all aspects of residential/light commercial Plumbing systems. Here are a few more specifics of what you would be doing each day: The primary purpose of this position is to perform basic plumbing maintenance and repairs and replacements of various types of plumbing; installing and repairing basic plumbing fixtures; valves, and faucets; installation and maintenance of hot water heaters; repair and opening clogged HVAC condensate drain systems and sanitary drains, garbage disposal and appliances installs. This position is considered essential service and required to work during adverse weather and emergencies. Performs any and all other duties as directed by Facility Management/Leadership whether of an emergent nature or otherwise and assists other maintenance personnel as needed.

· Minimum Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalency

· Valid North Carolina Driver’s License

· Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor License

· 3+ years of plumbing experience with water heater, installation and retrofit, having strong knowledge of state and local codes and regulations

· 3+ years of plumbing experience with drain, sewer, water and gas lines installation and retrofit, having strong knowledge of state and local codes and regulations

· Working knowledge of plumbing principles, systems and local codes

· Knowledge and hands on experience of plumbing tools and equipment used in the industry.

· Knowledge of drain machines, camera & locator equipment.

· Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks

· Basic computer skills

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
