The Staffing Assistant and Supply Clerk is responsible for staff scheduling, medical supplies, and bed measurements for the DuBose Health Center. This position finds staff replacements if there is a need in the schedule and tracks inventory and ensures supplies are readily available and meeting regulations. This position is 24 hours per week.
- High School Graduate or GED required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel. At least 1 year of staffing experience in healthcare environment preferred. Prior experience with the senior population a plus. CNA license preferred.
- The ability to work well under stress, to be able to adapt to change, and to be flexible are essential. Must have excellent telephone skills and organizational ability.

Successful candidates will be expected to work under supervisor direction, conduct preventative maintenance repairs, complete routine servicing and seasonal repairs, as well as changing building equipment, and work on plumbing repairs.

The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation of food in an a la carte setting under the supervision of the Sous Chef. Under the supervision of the Executive Chef and the Sous Chef, a Line Cook is responsible for determining the amount and type of food and supplies required for daily menus and see that supplies are obtained from storage areas in adequate time for meal production, and plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food is preserved. . A Line Cook must be able to take direction from Lead Cook, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef as necessary.
- The Line Cook should have cooking experience in roasting, braising; sauté and grill a must, knowledge of soups, sauces are also required.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance is a necessary qualification for The Line Cook position. Some knowledge of nutrition and diet is a plus.
- The Line Cook should have three to five years of experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, club, CCRC, or similar institution.
