Benefits for full-time employees include fully paid employee life, disability, medical, vision, and dental insurance. Full-time employees also receive 24 days paid time off, 401(k) employer match, employee assistance program, employee referral program, educational assistance and more. Part-time employees earn paid time off on a prorated basis and all employees are eligible for 401(k) and employer match if they work 1,000 hours in a year.
