The Housekeeping Crew Leader is responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of assigned homes, villas, verandas and common areas and for special projects as to assist the Director of Facility Services. Additionally the Crew Leader serves as the “go to person” if the Housekeeping Supervisor is out of the office, as well as supervises any additional projects assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor. The Director is responsible for oversight of the admissions/transfer/and discharge process for our DuBose Health Center. The Director is responsible for coordinating resources, problem solving and building relationships with members (residents) and family members to ensure a successful transition to our 48 bed skilled health center. Additionally the Director will work closely with our wellness and healthcare team to ensure that the social, emotional and the general welfare needs of all members of our community are met.
BSW required; MSW a plus. Three to five years of experience working in long term care, post-acute care or a related health care setting and organizational or management experience with an interdisciplinary approach to care preferable.

The position is also responsible for coordinating the admissions, transfers, and discharges of Health Center Members, as well as providing education and marketing to Independent Living Members. The ideal candidate should possess strong critical thinking and leadership skills, be able to work independently and collectively with a team, and have a passion for working with the aging population.
Bachelor’s degree in social work and experience in skilled nursing center is required.
We are currently seeking a creative, loving person with talent for conducting large and small group activities with the elderly. The Activities Assistant is responsible for assisting with the overall planning and implementation of a varied activity program designed to meet the physical, emotional, social, cognitive, recreational, education, community involvement and spiritual needs of Health Center members. One year experience in a social or recreational program in a licensed health care setting working with the elderly preferred. Background in music, art, drama, and dance therapy and activities coordinator certification a plus.
This position is full time at 30 hours a week. Every other weekend schedule is required.
We are currently seeking part time, full time, and as needed Back Waits to join our Fine Dining team.
The Club House Back Wait Staff is responsible for serving meals to Members in the casual, formal, bar, bistro and private dining rooms. Deliver meal to member’s homes. Assist in cleaning and resetting tables, pouring water and serving bread, provide support in the kitchen (stocking, running food, etc…), and breaking down trays at dish station. Previous experience in restaurant or retirement community food service preferred.

Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Successful candidates will be expected to work undersupervisor direction, conduct preventative maintenance repairs, complete routine servicing and seasonal repairs, responds to emergency as well as change building equipment, and work on plumbing repairs.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a minimum of one year of maintenance experience.
High school education or GED is also required. Technical Schooling and/or background preferred.
