Staffing coordinator-
Job responsibilities include staffing for 40-50 staff members, keeping track of overtime, vacation hours etc. Will work closely with the Director of Nursing. Use computer to schedule field staff, prepare reports, update spread sheets for reporting, etc. Answer incoming telephone calls promptly in a polite and pleasant manner at all times. Manage and organize the daily/weekly work requirements. Communicate pertinent information to the DON, Case Managers/Supervising Nurse, field employees, other office personnel, etc. Staff communication for holidays, reminders, staff meetings, among other responsibilities. High School Graduate or GED required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel. At least 1 year of staffing experience in healthcare environment preferred. Prior experience with the senior population a plus.
