Verandas are three-story truly distinctive homes. They are designed to offer a view on three sides. Each floor has a central lobby area and two homes on each side for a total of 12 residences per building. The floor plans ranging from 1,300 to 2,300 square feet were carefully designed to perfectly accommodate your desires — full kitchens, plenty of light and extra storage are just a few features. Covered parking and elevators to each floor are offered as an attractive amenity. All are gracious and comfortable, and sure to exceed your expectations.
Cottages
The cottages are elegant two-bedroom homes ranging from 1,522 to 2,783 square feet. Each is custom-built to order with Members having their personal touches reflected in the finished product. Each cottage is one floor with a two-car garage. Highlights include fireplaces, plenty of storage, and exceptional design. We have designed different elevations for these homes so that you may choose exteriors from traditional to classic plans. We wanted to create a true neighborhood design — quaint and inviting.
Villas
Beautifully appointed, four-story Villas serviced by elevators and designed in brick Georgian architecture surround our great lawn. These lovely homes range from 980 to 2,440 square feet and offer a variety of exceptional floor plans. Some of the features include lawn and Clubhouse views, full kitchens, washer, dryer and dishwasher, and extra storage space. Underground parking also is offered as an attractive feature.
