Life Care Services
The Cedars has retained Life Care Services LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (“LCS”), to manage the Community. LCS is a nationally recognized leader in the development and management of quality senior living communities throughout the United States. Since 1971, the people and partners of LCS have touched the lives, served the needs, and fulfilled the retirement dreams of thousands of people across the nation.
LCS communities are more than “places to live” – they are carefully planned and created neighborhoods of convenience, companionship, celebration, service and security where residents can enjoy their lives to their fullest. LCS has experts in every aspect of senior lifestyle, and is proud of its successful service to new and existing communities.
Life Care Services understands that a well-managed community is a top priority when considering a senior living community. It is focused on performance and improvement and regularly measures every aspect of service, at every level of the community. The results are evident in the friendly staff and dedication to resident satisfaction. Most of all, it encourages choice, privacy and respect above all else, leaving residents to pursue their aspirations and dreams.
Beyond management services for communities, LCS has extended its related experience to provide additional benefits to the communities it manages and the residents it serves. This includes establishing a home health subsidiary in 1984 to extend residents choices about how their health care is delivered. LCS also recognized the opportunity to provide greater value to its clients and created a group purchasing organization, CPSI, to serve the senior living industry.
LCS continues to grow because it fervently believes that its clear principles, superb management and constant attention to residents’ needs and desires will continue to help it meet its goal of creating positive experiences for residents, employees and its communities.
