The Davie Veranda is the final building constructed on The Cedars campus.

The Davie has 18 luxurious homes ranging in size from 1,088 SF to 1,392 SF. There are 6 homes on each floor and under building parking.
The design of each home incorporates light and a feeling of spaciousness. Every home in the Davie Veranda has a balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gracious living room/dining room combination. There are hardwood floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms.
