Cedars Connect

From the President

Is The Cedars too expensive?

By Bob Woodruff

“Too expensive” is a term that is often used without consideration of the value of the product or service being talked about. In most cases the person saying this about The Cedars does not have all the facts about The Cedars and therefore is unable to relate the entry cost and monthly fee to what is received in return – the value.

If you are someone who values true ownership of your home, where you live (location, location), great neighbors, no community debt, excellent food and quality services and amenities, then you are likely to decide that The Cedars is not too expensive and is in reality a bargain.

Comparisons between communities are difficult so we say, “Find a community where you feel most comfortable and, if you can afford it, move there because you can’t put a price on happiness and quality of life.”

Over 500 people have decided that The Cedars is not too expensive and will be glad to talk with you about why they believe that moving to The Cedars is one of, if not the, best decisions they have ever made. We’ll be happy for you to have lunch with some of them or spend a few days here to meet as many Members as possible and decide for yourself if The Cedars is too expensive.

Get the facts about The Cedars, and we’ll wager that you will decide it is worth the cost … and more. That The Cedars truly is a great value.
